A more recent project that I have completed for Rubio Beauty and Wellness is a services menu outlining all of the hair and holistic healing services they offer at the salon. While chatting with owner and stylist Andrew Rubio about the possibility of working together again for future social media marketing projects, he mentioned that his services menu was in dire need of an update. He shared that he wanted to change the direction of his visual branding and described his vision for future promotional materials. Eventually, he pulled out a new set of printed foils that he had just purchased that he felt encapsulated the vibe of what he wanted from his visual branding. With the description Andrew provided and the inspiration of the foils, I got to work revamping his services menu. The final result was a whimsical, celestial fantasy themed pamphlet complete with a new list of fantastical services atop a dynamic background of storybook inspired illustrations. After receiving and approving the services menu, Andrew requested a flyer announcing Rubio Beauty and Wellness' upcoming move to a new salon suite in the area. Using a similar approach, I created a complementary flyer using the same visual branding I began creating with the services menu.
